A Reseller is someone who purchases hosting
services from SuperHost, and then
resells this hosting onto their
clients. The Reseller purchases services
from SuperHost at
a discounted rate (shown below), and then resells
these services at any retail rate of their choosing,
thus making a margin on the transaction. You can save up to 40% off our standard web hosting prices!
SuperHost resellers receive
our premium service and support, as well as considerable
discounts on our already super low hosting prices.
Our resellers pay no setup fees on all new accounts. The discounts received by
resellers is dependant on the number of sites the reseller has hosted with us.

For each site that you host
within your reseller plan, you may pick and mix from the
following six hosting plans. These plans are
the Small
Web Plan, Medium Web plan, Large
Web Plan, Super Web
Plan, Extreme Web Plan, and Corporate
/ Business Class Web Plans. Our reseller
discounts are not available for any of our other web or email
hosting plans.
Resellers are free to charge their own clients any hosting fee they want. Please refer to our examples below, on how much resellers can potentially earn. These fiqures are only a guide, so if you charge you clients more, your profits will also be higher.
Example 1:
A reseller on our Silver Reseller Plan
hosting 8 website's.
If you are reselling

The
Reseller may choose to resell these hosting
plans to their clients, at any price they
choose.

SuperHost
will invoice the Reseller monthly
for all services purchased by the Reseller
whether for their own use, or for
that
of their clients. This includes all hosting plans
which form their Reseller Plan. Payment
must be made by Automatic Payment or Direct
Credit into our bank account.

The
Reseller is responsible for payment of
all items on the
invoice whether these are on-billed or not.

R eseller
Plans can be made up from any of
our following hosting plans. These
plans are our Small
Web Plan, our Medium
Web plan, our Large
Web Plan, our Super
Web Plan, our Extreme Web Plan, and our Corporate /Business Class Web Plans.

Reseller
discounts do not apply to domain registration
or
domain renewals.

SuperHost
will only accept technical support questions
from the Reseller, on behalf of their
clients. The resellers clients cannot
submit technical questions directly to
SuperHost or Lounge Network, and must
go through the Reseller.

The
Reseller must be capable of providing
an adequate email helpdesk service
to their clients.

The
Reseller is not
required
to make any mention of SuperHost
or Lounge Network as the
supplier of the hosting.

SuperHost
agrees not to make
any direct sales approaches
to the clients of a Reseller without
the express written agreement
of the Reseller. Exceptions
of this are either (i) where the
Reseller is placed into administration
or receivership,
is
made bankrupt or we are unable to make contact with the reseller,
or (ii)
where
the Reseller's account with
SuperHost becomes overdue by more than
2 billing cycles. In either
of
these events SuperHost
reserves the right to approach
the Resellers Clients and
offer to form a direct
contractual
relationship with those Customers.
This is to offer protection for your clients to ensure a continuation of hosting
services for them incase the reseller is unable to service their own clients. Any associated costs with performing this, will be charged to the reseller. Full disclosure of the status of the reseller account will be disclosed to them, and the reason why we are needing to contact them.

The
Reseller and all their clients must agree to abide by our Terms
of Services, as published on the SuperHost
Website. These can be
viewed by clicking
here. They must also
agree to pass on the requirements
of SuperHost's
policies to their own
clients.
