Pricing for transferring your files, databases, and email accounts starts from just $50+GST. If you don't want this service, you or your web developer/designer will be responsible for moving your files and accounts. Pricing starts from $50+GST, however we will provide you with a quote after you have signed up and provided us with your old hosting details. You may need to hire a designer or developer after we have completed the transfer of files, to correct any coding issues in your website. This migration service is also provided as is, so we can't be responsible if we miss any files during the transfer or your website don't work properly after transfer. Switching Process: Super Host will handle the switching of your Domain Name settings (DNS) over to our servers, provided that you have supplied us with your domains authorisation codes to allow us to transfer your domain. Alternatively you may choose to change your Domains DNS settings yourself and/or continue to use your existing domain provider. Once your new hosting account has been setup on our servers, you will need to upload your existing site onto the new server, and setup your existing email addresses into your new hosting account. Please note that the transferring of your website from your hosting provider to our server, and setting up your email accounts is the clients responsibility and not ours. You may need to hire a web developer to do this for you, if you don't know how to do it yourself. Some websites are very complex and large and require a substantial amount of work to move from one hosting provider to another. If your Domain Name is attached to a website that is being hosted by another hosting company, please make sure that you cancel your account with them once your website has switched to the new server. If your website is hosted with a ISP, please get them to cancel the DNS and MX settings on their network. This is especially important if your website was hosted with ISP's such as Xtra, Paradise, Telstra Clear, and iHug. Please make sure that you also settle any accounts that are due with you current hosting provider.
